Trenin Bayless, PhD

Dr. Bayless has a PhD in Materials Science and has 3 years of post-doctoral experience in metallurgy. His background includes work with students from Ghana, Iran, and China with a focus on hydrochemistry and hydrometallurgy. His background and industry contacts are second to none in the state of Montana.

That's why I founded the Rocky Mountain Powder Coalition LLC. It is our goal to build infrastructure, create jobs, and sell smokeless powder to Montanan munitions manufacturers."

Mike Gary

Mike Gary has a strong background in biochemistry and acquired his master's in geology at [school]. He grew up in a Jewish household out-of-state and has found a home here in Montana. He hopes that his skills can help ensure the liberties of the people by keeping the costs of munitions affordable for sportsmen, hunters, and regular Montana citizens.

Sunia MacSidhe

Sunia MacSidhe is acting in a senior leadership role at the Rocky Mountain Powder Coalition. She has several years of experience as the Chief Operations Officer of several startup companies around the world.
